Human Rights Case Law

Human Rights Case Law
The Human Rights Case Law collection is a central component of the Library and will provide access to relevant human-rights jurisprudence.
It will enable users to explore the development, interpretation and application of human-rights principles through actual cases and decisions, with particular attention to Nigeria and the African human-rights system.
The collection will also support IHRALS' implementation-monitoring work by providing a knowledge base for examining the implementation of human-rights decisions.
